   Reminder Yoga Loft Members practice with your children (ages 5-12) for only $7/walk-in!

  We’ve added a Mysore Ashtanga Practice!  Offered once a week (wed/thurs. or fri.) @ 6:30am-8:30am.  Show up  anytime and practice at your own pace.  This gives you the opportunity to cultivate an individual practice.  Dates will be posted weekly on the schedule.
