Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga taught by Detroit Flyhouse Circus School:  Offered since Feb. 2011, our Aerial Yoga Playshops SELL OUT every time!  In this 4-week series students are introduced to trapeze, lyra & fabric aerial skills. Students first learn basic techniques for getting on & off the apparatus safely, and are then guided through a sequence of tricks. The Flyhouse creates a safe and inviting atmosphere where students are encouraged to work at their own level. There is never any pressure on students to, “do the move.” Rather, students are totally supported as they explore their own limits in a friendly and non-judgmental environment.  This Aerial Yoga Playshop  is appropriate for experienced students as well as brand new ones looking for a new way to get a great workout. No experience required.
